Nefrys® can be usefully used for the well-being of the upper urinary tract in dogs and cats of any age.
Nefrys® isn't a veterinary drug. It's a complementary feed for dogs and cats.
Properties
PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) is a naturally-occurring substance found in many animal and vegetable food sources (eg, soybean). In animals, it helps to maintain the physiological balance of several organs and body tissues (eg, the kidney). Nefrys® restores the endogenous reserves of PEA through a highly absorbable form (ie, ultra-micronised, PEA-um).
Silymarin is a unique flavonoid complex extracted from the milk thistle (Silybum Marianum). It exerts an antioxidant effect (ie, neutralises free radicals produced in the kidney). Chitosan and calcium carbonate help to maintain the intestinal physiological levels of phosphate and products of protein digestion (eg, nitrogenous waste).

Ingredients
COMPOSITION Oils and fats, palmitoylethanolamide (3.72%), chitosan (3.72%), minerals (3.2%). ADDITIVES Sensory additives: thistle extract (Sylibum marianum) (16000 mg / kg). ANALYTICAL CONSTITUENTS Crude protein (2.5%); crude fibers (<1%); crude fat (90%); crude ash (3%).
Administer twice a day with meals. Shake well before inserting the tip of the syringe into the hole of the adapter and withdraw the appropriate amount, as indicated in the table. The content of the syringe may be either placed directly into your pet's mouth or mixed with food. It's advised to use Nefrys® for at least a 6 month-period.
